It seems too simple to grasp and therefore remains hidden from ordinary consciousness ; therefore, in the following explanations, I will demonstrate how you can regain the connection with your own Higher Self, your radiant Divine Soul, your own «Highest Frequency», in order to meditate, contemplate, and pray so that you «become one with creation».
As described at the beginning of my story, we must once again nourish what was weakened after our birth and during our upbringing . As babies, and until we could think and speak, we were pressured to focus our energy and consciousness so intensely on the outer world that we forgot the connection to our «Inner Selves», to our «True Nature» – the direct connection to our Soul, which is linked to our Divine Destiny to attain Enlightenment and Immortality.
Shortly after birth, our consciousness splits into a «Higher Consciousness», which is familiar with and connected to the Soul and our Life’s Purpose – and a «Lower Consciousness,“ which takes care of our survival in matter (usually called the subconscious), and which over time (depending on life experience) becomes less and less connected to the «Higher Consciousness» (the Higher Self) and no longer gives it any energy.
Shortly after birth, the «Energy Cycle – Microcosmic Orbit – Turning the Light» as described by «The Secret of the Golden Flower», is still intact. This is why children are generally so creative and full of life, a quality that most people lose over the course of their lives. This is also why the «Golden Flower» as a manual aims to reactivate it. However, despite all the explanations available today, how this can truly be achieved remains difficult to understand.
«Prana», «Chi», «Ki», the «Living Light» that we absorb as «Life Energy» from the cosmos through breath, circulatesas «Circulating Light» in the orbit of the «Microcosmic Orbit», in the «Little Heavenly Cycle» and generates «Ojas»,our «Physical and Spiritual Vitality».

Cultivation of life energy
«Every medicine» that is intended to bring about healing must
be aimed at «strengthening and activating» the «Life Force».
The shift from «fighting against disease» to «regaining our health» through «focusing on strengthening and harmonizing our life energy» and thus the «regeneration of resilience and immunity» is what makes healing possible in the first place.
A separate chapter in «The Secret of the Golden Flower» deals with the „«Little Heavenly Cycle“ , the «Reverse Cycle» of «Life Energy» in Yoga, also called «Kundalini Energy» and «Creative Power“, and described above as «Microcosmic Orbit» .
The «Vibration of Light-Energy» the «Subtle Life Force», absorbed through breathing, movement, and food, can be «strengthened, gathered, and refined» by our consciousness. With this, we can create our «Subtle, Immortal Light Body».

radical reinterpretation of our understanding of reality, consciousness, and matter.

The Revelation of John explained by Edgar Cayce
Edgar Cayce, the American medium of the «Sleeping Prophet», explicitly refers to the «Golden Flower» as a «Meditation Method» in his «Interpretation of the Book of Revelation» as a Biblical Theory of the Chakras the “Clairvoyant Centers» .
In the ancient spiritual traditions of the East, the «Operation Mode of Kundalini Energy» at the Opening of the Chakras was a highly cherished and closely guarded secret. This energy is considered the key to the «Fountain of youth», the «Power of Rejuvenation», the «Foundation of the Creative Energies of Life» as manifested in a human body. Here, the «Encounter of the Creator and Man» takes place in all its glory. In this context, Cayce characterizes the endocrine system as the «Soul Body of Superconsciousness».
The «Book of Revelation», in its deeper understanding, is a detailed account of what happens when the clairvoyant centers (chakras) are opened and what must be done to develop and maintain Mastery over the Spiritual Body . The true «Book of Revelation» and its meaning, Cayce emphasized, is inscribed within each of our own bodies, waiting to be opened and applied.
Cayce also uses the same language as the Kahuna Shamans: «No Human Being in Heaven» can open the book, only the «Christ Consciousness», the («Root of David», the Knowledge of the «Divine Lineage of Man»), is capable of «Opening the Seals», by Sacrificing the Ego , that is, the mental consciousness, the sense of separation. – A description of the opening of the Seven Seals follows, and with each one, an energy is released that can be used for good, but also for harm.
According to the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus taught people a prayer, known as «The Lord’s Prayer». – In a state of clairvoyant trance, Cayce pointed out that this prayer represents a structure for the «Opening of the Seven Clairvoyant Centers» and «their energy flows through the body». As in Eastern traditions, it includes a pattern that instructs «the higher centers to open the entire system».
The correspondences that Cayce saw between the lines of The Lord’s Prayer and the awakening of Kundalini energy:
The energy begins at the Crown Chakra with «Our Father in heaven», because the Pituitary Gland is the main glandthat influences all the others. As the prayer begins, the «Superconsciousness» takes the lead in activating the chakrasystem.
The prayer continues down the Pineal Gland (third eye): «Hallowed be thy name» and the Thyroid Gland (throat/speech center): or the center of will «Thy kingdom come, thy will be done“ and includes the Sacrifice or «Death» of the individual, the separatist will of the mental consciousness.
The phrase «On earth as it is in heaven» refers to the ongoing «harmony between the Upper and Lower Centers» and between «Superconsciousness and Consciousness». It corresponds to the Heart Center , the Thymus Gland , which is often considered the «intermediate center between the upper and lower centers».
From this point, the prayer moves to the Root Chakra, «Give us this day our daily bread,» and then focuses on calming the Adrenal Glands «And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.». Fear and anxiety are first cleared away before proceeding to the «Leydig intercalary cells», the creativity center, with «And lead us through temptation», to resist the temptation to waste and misuse creative energies.
The energy then begins its journey upwards to the Higher Centers . Starting with the heart center, «Deliver us from evil», and continuing upwards, it finally reaches the crown chakra.
The cycle can be repeated again and again, as energy circulates and more and more cells in the body are transformed. Here are the key „Properties of the Procedure“ as recommended by Cayce for the «Complete Opening of the Clairvoyant Centers» :
1) Not a single chakra is opened in isolation, but «the entire system is activated holistically».
2) The «activation of the chakras» begins and is «under the control of the higher centers».
3) A «cycle of activation» is created, which corresponds to the «Circulation of Light” as described in «The Secret of the Golden Flower».
4) The lower chakras are not necessarily opened sequentially, as it is important that „the adrenal glands are calm» before the cells that produce the sex hormones are activated. Cayce stated that an «Energy Triangle» exists in which the «Pineal Gland» and the «Leydig and Theca Cells» (testosterone and estrogen) act as poles, and the «Solar Plexus» distributes this polar energy throughout the body.
(Opening the chakras in connection with fear or anger was considered even more dangerous than opening them in connection with sexual arousal.)
5) The overall «Leitmotif of Prayer» is to «place energies at the service of the superconsciousness» instead of using them for personal purposes. Prayer presupposes a «Serene Mind» based on «voluntary Surrender to a Higher Power».
(Clairvoyant development, driven by motives of power, tellingly creates fear as its flip side.)
Cayce emphasized that this prayer (The Lord’s Prayer) is certainly «not the only way» to work with «Kundalini Energy».
«For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory» of creation «for ever and ever.»
